INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the processing of personal data, we provide you with the following information pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
We primarily process your personal data for the purpose of concluding purchase agreements and rental agreements related to the provision of our services. This activity includes, in particular, receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, and recording payments.
To properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for purposes such as accounting, registry management, the sale of apartments and real estate, reservation systems, budgeting the cost to the end consumer for the amount of heat supplied for heating apartments, and the allocation of hot and cold water consumption in apartments, or handling complaints and claims. In some cases, it is necessary to process personal data for purposes related to legal disputes and out-of-court debt collection.
LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
The controller processes personal data based on the following legal titles established by the regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act:
Legitimate Interest
The controller may process personal data of data subjects if it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the company or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject that require protection of personal data, especially where the data subject is a child. Such legitimate interests of the controller include, in particular:
- Protection of rights arising from generally binding legal regulations and contracts in relation to contractual partners and other persons; for this purpose, the company retains personal data for the period necessary to protect such rights and legitimate interests.
- Enforcement of the company’s claims and other claims; for this purpose, the company retains personal data for the duration of the relevant limitation periods.
- Prevention of fraudulent activities, if the controller reasonably believes there is a risk of such activities; for this purpose, the controller retains personal data for the period specified by generally binding legal regulations.
- Protection of property, life, and health; for this purpose, the company retains personal data of persons entering the controller's premises for a maximum period of 15 days from entry.
Contract Performance
The controller retains personal data for the purpose of contract performance during the duration of the contractual relationship between the company and the data subject and for the necessary time after its termination.
Compliance with Legal Obligations
The controller may process personal data, including providing it to state authorities and other persons, if such an obligation is imposed by law.
The company retains personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations for the period necessary to fulfill the relevant legal obligation established by generally binding legal regulations.
Consent of the Data Subject
The controller processes personal data based on the explicit consent given by the data subject.
The controller retains personal data processed on the basis of the data subject's consent for the duration of such consent or until its withdrawal, whichever comes first.
The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
- In the case of consent from the data subject, we will process your data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than 24 months from its granting.
- In the case of legitimate interest, we will process your personal data for the period justified by the life cycle of the purchased product or service, to offer and provide you with related products and services.
- In the case of contract performance, we will process your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, including warranty and complaint conditions.
- In the case of compliance with legal obligations, we will process your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, VAT Act, etc., this period may be up to 10 years.
SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
- Your personal data is safe with us. To prevent unauthorized access and misuse of your personal data, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures.
- We highly value the protection of your personal data. Therefore, we not only regularly check their security but also continuously improve their protection. All communication between your device and our web servers is encrypted.
- We strive to use such security measures that, considering the current state of technology, provide adequate security. The security measures taken are then regularly updated.

The controller uses cookies on its website www.prestigepark.sk only with the consent of the data subject. Cookies are small text files consisting of a series of numbers and letters that are stored on your computer’s hard drive through a web browser and can uniquely identify your IP address. We use cookies to enable electronic communication via email and to identify website users.
YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECTS
In processing your personal data, we are ready to exercise your rights.
- You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know the purpose for which it is processed, who the recipients of your personal data are, and what the processing period is.
- You have the right to rectification; if your personal data is incorrect or has changed, contact us and we will correct it.
- You have the right to erasure of personal data if it is incorrect or processed unlawfully.
- If your personal data is processed based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- You have the right to restrict processing; if you wish, we will process your data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
- You have the right to data portability; if you wish to transfer it to another controller, we will provide it to you in an appropriate format, unless prevented by other technical or legal obstacles.

We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In the case of complexity or a large number of requests, we are entitled to extend this period by an additional 60 days. If this occurs, we will inform you of this and the reasons.
In the case of repeated requests, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs associated with providing this service.
